Paul,

We were able to actually trap the problem that occurred this afternoon about 1/2 an hour before the close. It seems that one of our main ISP providers that feeds our Salt Lake City server site when completely nuts. It impaired the user's ability to communicate to that site. However, since there are multiple providers going into that site, it wasn't easy to nail down which one was at fault. Our network engineers figured it out and are currently working with the vendor to get the issue resolved.
