Thread,

I went to a local Micro Center last week and found it is offering PowerSpec branded PCs with Athlon up to 700. I know PowerSpec is a brand of the Micro Center. The PowerSpec PCs are outsourced. That Micro Center store offers 4 brands of PCs: PowerSpec, CPQ, HWP and eMachines with about 3:3:3:1. My question is if all Micro Center stores offer PowerSpec branded PCs.

I also went to a local Best Buy that still has several models of IBM Aptiva PCs. Are those inventories or is IBM still in the retail game?

Regards,
