Microforum and Microsoft team up to help develop new
home and garden web site from Chapters Online

TORONTO, Jan. 31 /CNW/ - Microforum Inc. (TSE:MCF) is pleased to announce
that Chapters Online Inc. (TSE:COL), the Canadian e-commerce company that
operates www.chapters.ca and www.gardencrazy.com, leading Canadian
destinations for online shoppers, has selected Microforum and Microsoft
Consulting Services to help design and develop a new Web site targeted at the
Canadian home and garden market. The launch date, name and URL for the new Web
site have not been disclosed, but Chapters Online has announced it will be
created as a leading Canadian online destination for home and garden products
and information.
The site will feature the same leading-edge technology, superior design
and customer focus, which have become the trademarks of Chapters.ca, Canada's
premier e-commerce Web site. The continual improvement of the Chapters.ca Web
site has also involved Microsoft and Microforum working as a joint team with
the developers from Chapters Online.
