C'mon you losers! You must have something to say. A major part of the plan was just announced. IDTC will sue TYCO because they were not able to announce the plan in December and then January. They did not elaborate on the rest of the plan, but at least they did announce in January that the plan was not going to be announced in January and why. Further, they did something active and in PUBLIC. They could get some cash in a few years, or a settlement sooner, or maybe force going back to the original deal of owning 51% of the undersea cable venture for 800 million. Sounds like a plan. Comments about IDTC being a loser and whiner, sort of? Me, I like it!
