Don't panic! Some of the faithful are selling...humble eCarl

In my (perhaps useless?) opinion, 'the faithful' would be crazy if they weren't (or better yet hadn't been) selling.

Of course there are folks out there now that own EDIG at a loss... shoot. I wonder if we will ever see the 20s again. Perhaps so.. I dunno. But my gut tells me it's done.

The reasons behind this (terribly unpopular) opinion are simple.

1. EDIG is not making any notable money yet.

2. The things that EDIG makes can easily and quickly be made by other companies. Multi codec audio players are not rocket science, and an 'OS' that handles memory management, file management, and other functions is not hard (at least from my research) to design.

3. EDIG is up against some pretty big players, and so far the one deal for sure (I-Jam) and the other rumor(v..something?) are something, but they are no Sony, Panasonic, Samsung, etc...

4. EDIG just has way too many shares in the float for me to be comfortable.

5. EDIG's market cap is *outrageous* CatLady has done a fine job explaining this one. It is even way out of whack when compared to (insanely valued) internet companies.

Now.. I do think that EDIG has some cool stuff in it's court. There seem to be some legitimate relationships. But these things do not always pan out, and they may produce little revenue.

Anyway. These are my opinions. The opinions of an EDIG shareholder. Although I hold far fewer shares than I held a couple weeks ago...

regards,
cAPSLOCK
