No hard if you are talking about the trading numbers they are for the underlying stock, bond, porkbelly or what ever you are trading. For trading you want to use the daily numbers. Weekly is more for investing. Like QCOM hit the bottom of the band on Friday and as I mentioned on the thread it was in a level to trade. Same as the qqq today. You can easily translate that into a call purchase or a put purchase. Remember the market has a basic upward bias so the short side is going to be much more difficult that the call side. T
