I understand what you feel right now. I want you to do more DD, so you feel much better holding EDIG.

You mentioned the following:

2. The things that EDIG makes can easily and quickly be made by other companies. Multi codec audio players are not rocket science, and an 'OS' that handles memory management, file management, and other functions is not hard (at least from my research) to design.

A few years ago, I think from 1996 to 1997, Phillips tried to develop the flash file management software without EDIG FOR almost TWO YEARS, they failed. That indicated that few will make a flash file management software without infringement of EDIG patents because this software should be small in size and be very efficient. Otherwise, handheld devices are getting bigger and more power consumed. Of course, other companies can develop a new software for handheld devices, but is never going to be like MicroOS in terms of size of memory and efficiency. Eventually, they will license MicroOS in very near future.

After SDMI meeting in Feb, we will know about standards of internet music distribution. This will bring quite a few contract to EDIG. Hold on. You may see 50 by end of March.
