This tremendous rise in the US dollar has been truly wild...

I never was much of a believer in the Euro, but even I didn't expect it would depreciate 22%+ against the dollar.

Those folks who went short Euros and bought dollars during the past 12 months have made out like bandits.

Now the question is what happens to the dollar after the party is over... and why isn't the dollar's rise translating itself into new highs on both the bond and stock markets?
