OK bink if you insist..I'll give ya my first impressions about the lawsuit when it first broke (ie. H60 mentionned something about it)..lawsuits tend to be a drag on a stock, whether they are ultimately for the good or bad..they cost money to litigate, they distract companies from game plans, employees and management gets edgy over them and they scare off investors...I'm not sure I agree with H60 when he relates todays up move in idtc to the lawsuit..I think she went up more in tandem with ntop...this stock is ripe for a pop and may move up nicely if the market will cooperate...tall order tho doc
