To All the Shareholders of MDIH:
I hope everybody is as excited as Iam about this news release today.Don't be upset with the stock price or worry about all the nonsense that people are posting.This is the time frame on what is going on.
A private placement of 5 million dollars will be completed very soon (at or about 8 dollars)Mdih has hired a major investment firm to give a fairness opinion on this merger.This will be the same firm that does the secondary in a few months.It will be done at 12-15 or higher.All this talk about when or if the states will legalize online lottery is also bunk.Steve Saffrin of MDIH gave a 3 minute interview on BLLOMBERG today and said it was when not if!In otherwords I dont think he would open his mouth without it in the bag!He also stated that he felt revenues would be generated from this in 2000!THERE IS ALOT GOING ON HERE!The stock will go higher maybe not today but it will.DONT SELL THIS ONE SHORT.
ALSO ALL THE NONSENSE ABOUT ELOT BEING BETTER IS FOOLISH>LETS COMPARE!ELOT had 6 million hits in nov-dec.lottery.com had 100 million in dec..Elot owes 30 million in debt with 40 million in cash.MDIH will have 80-100 million in cash in less than 90 days with no debt.Only 25 million shares vs ELOT 77 million. Lottery.com along with oracle (ORCL)are co developing the software.WE HAVE THE MAIN PLAYERS>MDIH<SCI-GAMES<LOTTERY CHANNEL<NBC,ELOT has two people with lottery experience with no cash.IN 6 months we will know who wins.I can sleep at night can ELOT shareholders?There is room for both to survive but MDIH is the better play.I challange any ELOT fan to these facts.
