EDMONTON, January 31, 2000 -TOTAL TELCOM INC. is pleased to release today the financial results for the first six months of operation ending December 31, 1999. The Corporation has realized a positive cash flow of $1.35 million on record sales of $11.2 million. Net earnings after depreciation and taxes are $1.05 million.

Total Telcom CEO Craig Baker indicates that Management is pleased with the performance to date and looks forward to completion of the US expansion and restructuring of the Corporation?s wholly owned subsidiary Total Telcom (US) Ltd. These efforts should result in a contribution of positive cash flow by the fourth quarter.

The Corporation provides design, construction, project management and maintenance of broadband communication systems. Total Telcom is a leader in turnkey Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC) designs and has extensive experience in long haul Fiber Optic Networks and Fiber Ring Topology.
