i have owned qprc for some time now.. getting inand out bettween .35 and out most recently at.11 so far they have not come current with financials.. and have not started making there new glasses.. there have bee promises etc.. but no substance yet.. this could easily go to .25 on reall news.. which i hope they come out with.. but as of last week the web site was still under construction.. there are a ton of shares out.. and lots of folks in at .03 to .04 .. so the morning hit at 10 to 11 am may be big.. but a good run up is overdue.. tim
