OrderTrust Chooses OnDisplay CenterStage to Power First Product
E-Marketplace For Retail Merchants and Suppliers

OnDisplay's CenterStage Delivers Information Aggregation and Exchange Capabilities to
OrderTrust's Product MarketPlace

Bringing Together Merchants And Suppliers at a Single Source

SAN RAMON, Calif., Jan. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- OnDisplay(R) Inc.(Nasdaq: ONDS), a leading provider of e-business
infrastructure software for powering e-business portals and e-marketplaces, announced today that OrderTrust, the leading
provider of integrated order management services for e-commerce, has selected OnDisplay's CenterStage(R) application suite
to upgrade components of its OrderTrust Product MarketPlace. OrderTrust Product MarketPlace is an e-marketplace service
designed to provide a quick and cost-effective way for online merchants to source millions of products and gain ready access
to preloaded product records for fast storefront population. OnDisplay CenterStage will be used to aggregate and exchange
product information among OrderTrust's 750+ suppliers, fulfillers, manufacturers and online merchants.

OrderTrust Product MarketPlace acts as a single location where retailers and hosted storefront providers can access product
information to fill their online stores with a broad selection of merchandise and where suppliers can expand their sales reach.
OnDisplay CenterStage will be used to aggregate product information -- such as skus, product descriptions and images -- for
thousands of items to upgrade OrderTrust's online catalog capabilities. Using the Product MarketPlace Web interface, retailers
search the catalog, select product offerings for their online store, and upload product records from the Product Marketplace to
their local systems. In addition, the CenterStage suite's notification product enables the Product MarketPlace to alert merchants
of any change in product information -- including price and availability -- and automatically re-routes the updated product
information to the merchant.

"The demand for the Product MarketPlace has been great. The challenge was finding a comprehensive and scalable technology
solution that not only brings together information from disparate sources in many formats, but also delivers that information at
the right time in the right format. OnDisplay is that solution. Its products help us to improve the functionality of the Product
MarketPlace and enable us to deliver more product information to more merchants," said Tom Crowder, vice president of
product management for OrderTrust.

"In today's crowded Internet markets, online retailers are increasingly being challenged to differentiate themselves meaningfully.
OrderTrust's Product MarketPlace offers an innovative solution as the first electronic marketplace for retail merchants and
suppliers. OnDisplay's expertise in the aggregation and exchange of information, coupled with OrderTrust's service offering,
enables retailers to slash time to market and gain First Mover status," said Venkat Mohan, COO and president of OnDisplay.
