Max, outstanding information. It certainly appears there will be an incredible amount of carriers out shopping for new billing systems. That report just mentions the wireless market - with all the new technology and expansion going on in cable, internet, long distance, etc, the billing market could be up for grabs.
Will CTIG dominate the billing market? No, but all CTIG has to do is grab a teeny weeny bit of this enormous, exploding market and they will be significantly larger and more profitable.
And just think, this change in billing systems is going on all over the world. There's plenty of fertile ground everywhere CTIG looks.
I think a key is "bundling of services." More and more we will see providers going after customers by offering combos of cable, cell phone, utilities etc in package deals. Things like, "Use our long distance service and you'll get a discount on your cable service, and all on one bill."
All this reshuffling of the deck is in the first inning, and CTIG is ready to tee off on a few fastballs.
