Wade,
I found my copy of the fax at my office. It appears to be a rehash of the November news release with more detailed information. If it has taken up to now to finalize the contracts and have them executed by all parties, this might explain why we have not had any reports during the interim. As I understand the report, the original contracts were deficient, and if we had proven up a commercial mine, we may have done so for someone else's benefit as we would not have been able to enforce our right to the gold. If this is accurate, thank goodness it was corrected now instead of at a more critical time when we may have completely lost the rights to the property or it may have been a lot more costly to correct. My questions now involve the status of the mining permit and the results of any ongoing exploration. Also, what is the status of the mill. Do they still plan to put it into production using the portable equipment while continuing to explore the remainder of the property? Overall I consider this to be a positive release. I doubt seriously that the new officers would have gone to the time and trouble to do all this if they did not think the potential reward was there. Now that all the contract deficiencies have been corrected, things might move forward at a more rapid pace. Keep the faith!--Ron
