Here's perhaps another for the "potential play" category.

KeySpan is trying to sell Houston Exploration (THX; closed $17 7/8),which is a company Houston Exploration controls, for between $24-27. No deal (yet), but an interesting large spread in current to potential price (even considering that any deal might be tied up with regulatory approval). Here's a link:
