I might add that in the politics of global wireless mobile telephony that Qualcomm and CDG are just now for the first time starting to show real maturity from my perspective. << Thus, although "IMT-MC" and "IMT-DS" might technically roll out together, for all practical purposes CDMA-2000 will roll out years ahead of W-CDMA >> I expressed my opinion on when I thought "IMT-MC" and "IMT-DS" would roll out earlier in this post. I would like to see CDMA-2000 in commercial rollout just as quickly as possible. I would also like to see it adopted by one single major carrier that today flies the GSM flag.
