I love my flags. I have a bat for Halloween, a Poinsettia for Christmas (or should I be PC and call it "winter holiday"? Of course holiday has "holi" in it, is that religious?), I have jonquils for spring and a cardinal bird for no reason, we have a pineapple that says "Welcome Friends" even though we never invite people over anymore cause the house is such a mess, and the we have a birthday flag that rarely gets put up- because it's only good for one day- and it's kind of a lot of work to put up a flag for one day- I should explain that our flag is bolted to the stanchion because someone stole the last flag AND pole- and we also attach the flag to the pole with a screw so it hangs straight down and doesn't whip around as much. So to change flags I need the electric screwdriver- and I have to find both bits because for some reason one of the screws is the straight across kind and one has that cross head.

We also have a Valentine flag that I really ought to put up now- and a giant Shamrock, and a turkey, and I KNOW I am forgetting some of the other ones....
