Nextwave with its new found broad sponsorship and the FCC's feeble attempt to circumvent the 200 year old bankruptcy law in failure ,Nextwave is now free to roll out HDR.Between the coming China deal and the Nextwave conclusion QUALCOMM's market expansion will be staggering.
