Good Morning Margaret I hope that you are doing well. Thank you
for your response and your compliment. I hope we have more
contributions to this thread. This thread that Frank has started
should be very active. I sure hope to learn from others experience
in this area.

You mentioned workshops and seminars - I still have a lot to learn
but thanks anyway. As it is now there aren't enough hours in the
day. Heavy schedule but I have managed to get better control of it.
Took a lot of planning to obtain that control.

Let's take a "shot" at management tonight.......some of the
management tools that are "jammed" down our throats such as:

Interactive Management and
Customer Focus
Management preaches both and sends us employees to classes to learn
both but management doesn't practice either one! Don't take me
wrong this isn't true of all management. Let's not condemm all of
management but those that are guilty know who they are.

How many of us use either of the above or both Interactive Management
and Customer Focus? Just food for thought.....I'll keep this brief
tonight and get off my "soap box".

still learning! :))
