Greetings Jon!

NOTE TO ALL: I value Jon Tara's criticism. In the past, I went back and forth with him relative to a penny stock. I thought the penny stock was a godsend; he was skeptical. In the end, he was correct and I was wrong. I was a relatively new investor back then and I learned a lot from my exhanges with him. He is a valued critic and one who I take seriously.

Now Jon, regarding your post to me concerning the disclaimer statement from the certified public accountant? It's what he wrote, not what I wrote--I merely quoted him. But I also know that such statements are common in SEC filings of IPO companies. And like an IPO coming new onto Nasdaq; so is eDigital in its quest for reinstatement. I would expect EDIG to be careful with what it presents to the SEC.

Now, was that risk assessment type statement included in paragraph two in EDIG's SEC report? No, it wasn't. Nor, in my view, should it have been included in paragraph two of the SD Union-Tribune article where the writer was alluding to eDigital's finances.

To be fair, the writer should have, in that same portion of the article, referred to the Lanier re-order of products which has a definite effect EDIG's bottom line. Not just the gloom and doom stuff which is standard in SEC reports.

Hey, even AOL, has gloom and doom stuff in its SEC reports.
