nice ammo to pepper the tyc news with a new lawsuit on their positive news, that should have been shared with idtc. it would cause recent tyc investors to take the profit and put more pressure on the tyc share price which will make it easier for the lawyers to line up clients for the current tyc accounting suit. lower the price, more people they can claim to represent.
