PartyTime, I can find no statement in NetZero's prospectus similar to the one made by Ernst and Young with respect to eDigital. In fact, there is no CPA statement at all. There are, of course, various "safe harbor" statements. This is a far different thing than an opinion rendered by a CPA questioning the company's ability to continue as a going concern. The former is a statement of the risks involved in starting a business. The latter is a warning that, absent some change of direction, a company is headed for the scrap-heap.
