Hi Howard,
Thanks for the info. I have cable modem and instead of using the NIC
card, the cable company connect the modem to PC using USB port on the
PC.
I will look into the configuration of connecting NIC-NIC between two PCs where one PC USING USB to the cable modem.
One question comes up is do we need the IP for the second PC ? In case of using the HUB, the second PC requires its own IP in order to
access Internet - per advisory of cable company.
