I think a settlement would be a reasonable solution to this mess, but still, I would be surprised to see the Quebec government give in so easily.

On a positive note, I hear that the Committee now has a better legal team than in the past, so we are well prepared to argue this before the Supreme Court.

I'd like to go back and read the previous Supreme Court decision--the one that referred us back to the OSC. It might provide a hint of the direction they will take this time.

I'm also looking forward to the Quebec hearings. Do you think the QSC will try to put them off pending the Supreme Court decision?
