Was it the transition then to a traditional methodology that caused the difficulty? I worry about that a bit. Otherwise I think we will be OK.

The trasition though seems severe. Going from a this is my workspace here on the floor and I can concentrate on this now, to a desk in a room filled with rows of kids all having to pay attention to the teacher at the chalkboard teaching some boring history lesson to the lower middle brain trust in the classroom seems like a drastic scene change.

Yes, that is the part I worry about.
