TORONTO, Feb. 1 /CNW/ - GDI Global Data Inc. ("Global Data") (TSE: GI) announced today it has secured $950,000 as part of its Special Warrants financing announced on January 28, 2000 with Octagon Capital Corporation. The proceeds from this financing will be used for working capital purposes.
