The court decision rules out the acquisition of NextWave spectrum by NexTel. This at least is positive. As to whether this means a CDMA network for NextWave, it's not clear from any of the info I've seen. However, the market itself may take care of that issue, since CDMA is clearly the technology of choice, especially when there is a need for wireless data access.
