Steve, About your question on retaining REIT status, from the news release: >It expects in December to declare the minimum dividend >required to maintain its REIT status, which will equal 90 >percent of Meditrust's ordinary taxable income for the year >ending Dec. 31, 2000. I've been watching MT for a long time and took a small position in the preferred in December. I'm going to continue watching the common and see how it acts. Regards, Rick
