a nutritionist? ps - plain black tea has been found to have very good properties also. So, if you must have caffeine, you might want to switch from Starbucks to tea. And regarding bbqing - it should be fine if you do not carbonize or char the meat. And as we all know, anyone putting mayonaise on a pastrami sandwich will die an early death. Brown mustard only, please.
