I agree with Pat that this is a corporte balance sheet reshuffling --- probably done to enhance CKEY as the cash from 1.3 million share sale is piddly amount to NN.

It doesn't change any fundamental outlook of the company and there should be more than enough buyers for those shares as the institutions are probably now aware of CKEY.

I see this as no impact other than possibly in the next few days as some short-term traders cover.
