I've seen ML use this strategy consistently with quite a number of companies I've been following. I believe they use these analyst ratings as a means to sustain their portfolio positions. When you say we can use this to our advantage you couldn't be more correct. ML are consistent to a fault. Buy when they downgrade, sell when they upgrade. I
