The operative quote may also be... "...we believe that their relationships with key players in our industry will help us further establish ourselves as a leading force in the children's video game market..." This statement appears to imply that NewKidCo may now compete for the annual Blockbuster license(s) pursuant to their relationships with key players in our industry. Merrill Lynch financing an OTC BB...very impressive and looking at the whole picture Merrill Lynch will have a vested interest in being instrumental in seeing NewKidCo lists NASDAQ whose payoff will be leading a secondary offering to the public at some designated stock price and possibly have NewKidCo use some of those proceeds to pay down/off their L/C with Merrill. This appears to be what this release is saying.
