I prefer to call it the "manipulation stage". What they are doing is illegal. If it could be proved, which with effort, it could, they are manipulating a free market by capping a stock. It is something that happens in all markets... "Accumulation stage" is where a free market creates a balanced demand and supply, providing a base for upward gains. The supply is artifical in this case (RKR's) and leads everyone into believing the stock has topped, so they prematurely bailout supplying the demand at a lower than "fair market price". the Chief
