I don't know if you caught it or not, but we won't be getting TEKS common but a new issue of convertible preferred. So we'll likely need a pretty good jump for them to appreciate much, as they will probably resemble warrants in reality (unless TEKS actually wants to pay the dividend -- and I'm not holding my breath there).

Well, not nearly as volatile as warrants, but on the upside, no expiration date, so if the company survives and grows they might always be good long-term.
