As promised, I did go to the meeting, However, I have been busy with my daughter who is fighting Leukemia at Phoenix Childrens Hospital so I could not report back.
The meeting was held with the attorney representing DVUI on SEC matters.
All directors were present and there was 78% response to to the vote to the positive was recorded.
The shareholders were shown what the company is involved in at the present time and told not to discuss what we were told about the confidential clients.
There will be a news release in 3 to 5 weeks regaurding the work that the company is involved in with one of the clients.
The new work stations are very impressive, and were needed to keep up with the demand from the clients.
John McPhilimy defined the buisness and the company objective. In My Opinion, the company is focused and heading in the right direction. With the best technology available, with a client list that is second to none.
The OEM markets that the company is involved with and the three market segments, Back to School, P.O.P, and Toy's and Games, will propel Dimensional Visions to the top of the list and head of the industry.

With no debt outstanding and $623K in the bank, the best technology in the business ( strike work stations by intel} there is no other more powerful animation work station in existance today.
My opinion is that DVUI is one solid company.
