McDroogies: Sir Thomas Crapper (1836-1910) - "Dapper Clapper" - claimed to be the inventor of the first flush toilet, but said by others to have merely improved it. He was a sanitary engineer who started a company in 1861. Many toilet bowels bear his name.

My clue "loo loo " was no lady because in England a toilet is called "the loo".
