Leigh, Hi!! Read somewhere that the average institution buys for a nine months..I believe many are getting ready for the first sign of W2000 being a boom...and not just the institutions..Robert Williams told us it "would be an outstanding year"...DELL hiring 4000 people in the third quarter...What for? :o) Best, Kemble
