Sun Tzu, your take on the press release put out by LASE this morning, please? Could this be one of those "new products" that Tilson mentioned that could cause problems for VISX (see post # 1560)? VISX sued LASE claiming infringement. LASE agreed to negotiate, but now has broken off talks, which could mean that they feel they have a fairly strong argument of no infringement. Both stocks are trading down as I write this. As you have pointed out, "uncertainty" is driving the price decline, plus the fact that VISX may not have a lock on newer products/technology because of its patents. Your thoughts would be appreciated.
