Paul, do you have ctz prospectus. I don't know why board would decline the reduced price. If my reading is right and fnf declines to 11 with average on the way down over 30 days at 12, then stock portion would be worth 13.81, the additional consideration 6.45 and the cash at 26.00 totals 46.26. Still makes ctz a buy in my estimation. Possible upside is that ctz twists the arm of fnf and get the full 52
