Hi Howard, 'scuse me for butting in, but!

In this case all you need is 3 NICs and one crossover cable.

When I tried this a few months back I couldn't figure how, with a crossover cable with 2 ends, how am I gonna' connect to 3 NICs. Then it dawned on me we only need 2 NICs for the cross over cable, the third NIC probably should be called the Modem I/O card, either Dial Up or Cable for the incoming Internet Signals. Any sense to this? <g>

Regards, /jw
