yeah i know about the earnings .. should have said revenues.. anyway, i sent them a check.. which they cashed out of my bank.. and it took 2 weeks for them to find what they did with the money.. my family just opened up 8 accounts with them this week.. 4 last night.. 4 more later on... now I'm having second thoughts.. etrade had its problem last year.. but overall was worth the price... january 2000 has been awful and the ONE thing they had going for them (IPOs) apparently has been taken away by underwriters who no longer want to allocate anything to etrade jim
