Please excuse the consecutive postings...but I feel I must remind you of what you probably already know. The board and major shareholders of this company are strategically placed in management to be key during the decision making process. The last time I looked, 50% of DLGC was on Dialogic payroll. And while not even considering FMR Corp. which holds another 1.5%. So much for the vote.

As for the buyout. The percentages above make it a pretty good candidate for a strong buyer. I personally would love to see AT&T buy and place under the control of Lucent mangagement.
