JDSU and ETEK shut out press from their presentation: at the Banc of America Securities Technology Week 2000 conference........ Quiet, please Of note, five companies weren't permitting the press to attend their presentations to analysts and investors. They include International Rectifier Corp. (IRF: news, msgs), Sanmina (SANM: news, msgs) and SilkNet Software (SILK: news, msgs), JDS Uniphase (JDSU: news, msgs) and E-Tek Dynamics (ETEK: news, msgs) and InterWave Communications have closed their doors.
