Lynn. Rudedog's analysis sounds pretty reasonable to me. A few weeks ago when this merger rumor cropped up on Yahoo, we all laughed it off. Now we're discussing it seriously. Capellas is turning out to be one cautious guy but does seem to be straight forward when he can. His lack of candor gives me the feeling something is brewing. It may not be a merger with HWP...but something. Why does it make you shudder? If the price is in the $75 to $100 range, I must admit I wouldn't quibble after all the anguish we've put up with for the past couple of years. Russ
