Good memory, the info is on pp66-67. It states the stock options exercisable within 60 days of 12/23/99. So if an option is exercisable any time between 12/24/99 and let's say 12/23/05 it is exercisable within 60 days. This is disclosed only because options exercisable within 60 days count as stock beneficially owned by the holder for disclosure purposes.
