[[I got my info from the WRS/ISI merger package that was sent out a couple of weeks ago. I don't remember the page number, perhaps somewhere between 40-70. There is a section talking about stock options for ISI and WRS executives. I will dig it up when I go home tonight, if any of you have the report with you, maybe you can look it up.
The 2 million shares sounded extremely high, and I may be wrong interpreting the materials. But I read it more than once, and I couldn't see it being any other way.]]

The number I found is 2,241,212 shares in footnote (13) on page 67. This is the WRS part of the section entitled 'Security Ownership By Certain Beneficial Owners'. An equivalent section follows for INTS, including the same 60 day period. The purpose of this section is to identify both Executive and other 5% ownership of either of the two companies as of 12/23/1999, just after the original submission date of 12/21/1999. The 60 day period for counting exercisable options is presumably an SEC rule. Nothing in this section would indicate any new option grants, except by comparison with some previous accounting.
