Nothing to report. SD had indicated in our conversation that they were focusing on the successful development of the e-commerce application and as a result he was not going to doing any type of selling to the investment community until they had a product. He expected to have the product ready in early 2000. Soooooooo, I can only assume that product development is proceeding and that is why we haven't heard anything from the company.
