QCOM came to an understanding with Chinese Govt officials
(as I see it)

urban areas will go with CDMA, since data needs will grow
rural areas and other non-mainstream areas will stick with GSM

I expect the urban business will represent at least 80% of the Chinese business

good enough numbers for me
