HDR is for mobile isn't it? There are alternatives for fixed wireless that don't use Qcom IPR but will deliver high data rates. Why put money into equipment and royalties for mobility when you can save build out capital, price your service lower based on a strategy of serving the stationary home and small business wireless internet, data market?
